Algeria's OAIC returns for wheat for shallow-water port arrival

Algeria’s state grains buyer, the Office Algerien Interprofessionnel des Cereales (OAIC), has returned to the market for a nominal 50,000 tonnes of optional origin milling wheat to be shipped in small consignments, an OAIC document showed on Sunday February 23 seen by Fastmarkets.
