Brazil’s soybean crop to hit 169.9 mln tonnes in 2024/25; corn crop expected at 134.1 mln tonnes: Céleres

Brazil’s soybean 2024/25 soybean crop is expected to reach a record output of 169.9 million tonnes, up by 12% from the 152 million tonnes in the previous marketing year, while corn production was forecast at 134.1 million tonnes, up by 5 million tonnes year on year, local consultancy Céleres said in its first estimate for the new crop on Monday September 2.
