Brazil’s soybean planting speeds up after rains; sowing reaches 25% of projected area in Mato Grosso
Brazil’s 2024/25 soybean sowing advanced to 17.6% of the projected area of 47.4 million hectares from 9.1% in the previous week, but it was behind the 28.4% completion rate from a year earlier, the country’s food agency Conab said late on Monday October 21.
