China’s weekly soybean crush volume falls amid year-end holidays: CNGOIC

China’s soybean crush volume fell to 1.73 million tonnes in the week to Friday January 3, down by 350,000 tonnes from 2.08 million tonnes a week earlier, according to data from the China National Grains and Oils Information Centre (CNGOIC).
