Delivery of Russian wheat postponed to November, Egypt's GASC says; general purchases up

Egypt’s Supply Ministry has postponed the delivery of 430,000 tonnes of Russian milling wheat, announced in mid-September for November arrival, local media and Reuters news agency reported on Monday October 28.
