GIWA raises its wheat forecast by 5%, but protein level drops

The Grain Industry of Western Australia (GIWA) revised its wheat crop forecast upward by 5% compared with its previous report, with protein levels declining in the state, as the harvest is expected to continue for one or two more weeks, its monthly report published on Friday December 13 said.
