India’s July vegetable oil imports reach 11-month high

India’s edible vegetable oil imports in July 2024 came to a total of 1.84 million tonnes, 20.5% higher compared with June and the highest level since August 2023, according to figures from industry body Solvent Extractors Association (SEA) India, published on Wednesday August 14.
