Mexico's next presidency to continue with GMO import ban - Sader

Julio Berdegué, the incoming Secretary of Agriculture and Rural Development (Sader) for Mexico, announced on Thursday June 20 that the new administration under President-elect Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, which takes office on October 1, will prohibit genetically modified corn (GMO).
