Rouen milling wheat exports remain sluggish in week to Aug 21

Wheat exporters loaded just one cargo at Rouen, in northern France, in the week to Wednesday August 21, amounting to a total of 11,500 tonnes bound for Gabon, according to data released by port operator Haropa.
