Rouen wheat exports struggle with just 96,000 tonnes exported in January

Exports of milling wheat from Rouen totaled just 7,500 tonnes during the week to February 2 compared with 9,500 tonnes the previous week, according to data released by French port operator Haropa on Thursday February 6.
