Russian government raises wheat, corn, barley export tax for Oct 30-Nov 5

The Russian government continued to raise the wheat export tax for the October 30-November 5 period, along with increasing the tariff for barley and corn, according to a note published by the country’s agriculture ministry on Friday October 25.
