Russian wheat index exceeded by physical price, wheat export tax lowered for May 22-28

The Russian physical wheat price has exceeded the index used to calculate the country’s export tax for the product, while the wheat export tax has been slightly lowered for the May 22-28 period, according to an official note from Russia's agriculture ministry on Friday May 17.
