Seaborne freight rates recover on stronger ECSA activity

Dry bulk freight rates for Panamax vessels began to recover in the week to Wednesday June 12, with a flurry of activity cutting the surplus tonnage on the east coast of South America (ECSA) and supporting freight rates.
