Soybean commentary: Futures rise on technical buying, soyoil, crude support

Soybean futures were up on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange on Tuesday February 18, amid technical buying and with support from soyoil, as a stronger crude oil offset the negative impact of a higher US Dollar Index.
