Soybean planting in Brazil at 83% of projected area; Paraná, Mato Grosso do Sul raise concerns
Brazilian soybean sowing reached 83.3% of the projected area of 47.3 million hectares in the week to November 24, a weekly advance of 9.5 percentage points. This surpassed the 75% completion rate from a year earlier, national food agency Conab said in its weekly crop progress report published late on Monday November 25.
