US farmer sentiment falls to lowest level since 2016

Sentiment among US agricultural producers declined in September to the weakest barometer reading since March 2016, on producers’ concerns about high input costs combined with weak output prices, according to Purdue University and CME Group’s Ag Economy Barometer survey released on Tuesday October 1.
