US soybean crush climbs 5% to 193 mln bushels in July: USDA

US processors crushed 193 million bushels of soybeans in July, up by almost 5% from 184 million bu in June and by 4.3% from 185 million bu in July 2023, the USDA’s Monthly Fats and Oils report showed on Tuesday September 3.
