US wheat net sales rise 45% to 492,700 tonnes, exceed analysts’ projections

US weekly net sales of wheat for the 2024/25 crop year totaled 492,700 tonnes during the week to August 15, up by 45% from the previous week and by 63% from the prior four-week average, the US Department of Agriculture said on Thursday August 22.
