Ukraine sunoil exports down 12% m-o-m so far in July
Ukraine's exports of sunflower oil from July 1 to 17 amounted to 130,097 mt, almost 12% lower than during the same period of June, customs statistics showed Monday.
Turkey, with a share of 26,469 mt, was the main buyer of sunflower oil in July, followed by Poland with a share of 18,407 mt and Bulgaria with a share of 15,048 mt.
Since the beginning of the 2021/22 season, sunflower oil exports from Ukraine have increased to 3.96 million mt.
Exports of sunflower meal from July 1 to 17 amounted to 66,587 mt, which is almost the same as for the same period of June, while the total export since the beginning of the 2021/22 marketing year amounted to more than 2.9 million mt.
The lion's share of Ukrainian meal exports went to Romania with a share of 20,840 mt and China – with 12,642 mt, followed by Turkey with a share of 11,193 mt.
Since the beginning of July, soybean exports amounted to 61,202 mt, which is 23% higher than the export figure for the same period of June.
Turkey and Romania were the main buyers in July, with shares of 28,605 mt and 11,642 mt, respectively.
The total volume of soybean exports since the beginning of the 2021/22 season amounted to 1.14 million mt.
Export sales of rapeseed since the beginning of July amounted to 11,457 mt, which, together with June sales of 12,721 mt, indicates a total export of a new crop of 24,178 mt.
The main buyers of Ukrainian rapeseed in July were Slovakia with a share of 3,954 mt and Romania with a share of 2,606 mt.
