Ukrainian sunflower seed prices hit two-year high; 10% jump in May

Sunflower prices in the key Black Sea market of Ukraine have gained an average of 10% since the start of May to their highest level since April 2022, with low sunflower stocks and high competition for raw materials forcing crushers to increase prices to cover processing capacity despite low margins, sources said.
