Wheat commentary: Chicago futures climb to highest level since July

Chicago wheat futures advanced to the highest level since July on Tuesday May 21 on concerns that frost damage in Russia and Ukraine will slash the grain exporters’ production and after US crop ratings were slightly downgraded.
