Rouen weekly wheat exports drop 75% to 18kt; Portugal biggest buyer

Exports of milling wheat from the port of Rouen decreased by 75% in the week to Wednesday February 26 to 17,754 tonnes, compared with 72,580 tonnes in the previous week, according to data released by French port operator Haropa on Thursday.
